Screwdriver & Shaping Sticks

Top to bottom: Screwdriver, Round Shaping Stick, and Flat Shaping Stick.

 

SCREWDRIVER:

     Don't have a screwdriver?  Get one!  It can be your child's "First Tool".

 

SHAPING STICKS:

     The Shaping Stick consists of a #40 grit (very rough) sandpaper glued to a wooden stick.  The Round Shaping Stick is a 3/8" dowel measuring 9" long.  The Flat Shaping Stick is a 1" wide, 9" long stick.  These are very useful for shaping Pinewood Derby Cars!

 

NOTE: The Shaping Sticks come unassembled.  You must glue them together and allow the sticks to dry before attempting to use them.  Most household glues need about 45 minutes to dry completely.
