SANDING  SET

One (1) SANDING  SET.

The Sanding Set has everything you need to help make a fine looking Pinewood Derby Car!!   

The set includes:

A Flat Shaping Stick [1” x 8”] with very coarse [50 Grit] sandpaper.

 

A Round Shaping Stick [3/8” x 8”] with very coarse [50 Grit] sandpaper.

 

A Sanding Block, [2 ½” x 4”] to hold the sheets of sandpaper.   

 

Three, [4 ½” x 5 ½”] sheet of Sandpaper: One 100 Grit, one 150 Grit and one 220 Grit.

 

The Flat Shaping Stick is used to make ‘Rounded’ edges on your car.

 

The Round Shaping Stick is used to make ‘Concave’ surfaces on your Car.

Note: You will need to glue the 50 grit sandpaper to the Flat and Round Shaping sticks.
